Your Network Flat Fee Broker will have you sign a listing agreement that authorizes him/her to submit your property information to the MLS. This contract shall state the commission you are offering to the Buyer's Agent. Agreements differ from state to state to comply with state laws.

This offered commission is only paid if a Buyer's Agent sells your home. If you sell your home to a buyer procured from your efforts that is not working with an agent, you remain a For Sale By Owner, thus paying no commission.

Some of the Network Brokers offer a facilitation service for "FSBO"s for an additional fee. Please check with your Broker directly.
