If you are unable to sell your property using the flat listing fee service, your Affiliate Broker will give you an opportunity to recover your investment with them. If you find you need a full service listing agent, your Affiliate Broker will refer your listing to a full service agent in your area who will list your home for a full service commission, and you will be credited the flat listing fee you paid from the agent's commission at closing.

You can cancel your listing with your Affiliate Broker at any time and choose a listing agent of your choice. However, if you choose your full service agent without being referred through your Affiliate Broker, then this guarantee shall not apply.
